Secure Payments and Invoice Verification
At Prime Automate Australia, the security and integrity of every payment is a top priority. The majority of transactions are processed via bank transfer to our official company bank accounts.
All payment instructions, including bank account details, are provided directly on official invoices issued by Prime Automate Australia. Customers are responsible for verifying that any payment is made only to the bank details listed on an official invoice. Payments to any account not listed on an official invoice from Prime Automate Australia should be treated as invalid and avoided.
To ensure the authenticity of each invoice, customers are encouraged to:

Confirm that the invoice has been issued by Prime Automate Australia and matches the order details.

Check that the invoice number, order reference, and total amount correspond to the purchase agreement or order confirmation.

Prime Automate Australia does not request payments to personal or third-party accounts. Any updates to banking details will only be communicated via official channels and must be confirmed before payment.
Orders are processed, sourced, and shipped only after funds have been successfully received and cleared in our bank account. Processing timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank, international transfer procedures, and payment verification checks.
For added protection, we apply internal verification procedures to every payment, including:

Reviewing any discrepancies or irregularities before order fulfillment
Where alternative payment methods are accepted, such as credit card or PayPal, all transactions are processed via secure, encrypted channels. Prime Automate Australia does not store or retain sensitive payment information such as full card numbers or online banking credentials.
By completing a payment, the customer confirms they are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment information provided is accurate. Prime Automate Australia is not responsible for delays, losses, or fraudulent activity resulting from payments sent to incorrect or unverified accounts.
